OFFICERS

Claire Salter (Chairman)
Claire has been involved with Jennie’s since 2015 both on the committee and as a volunteer in Wales with her young family of 2 boys. With a strong marketing background including many years spent at global companies such as Vodafone, HTC and Trend Micro, Claire has a passion to support charity with various charitable initiatives including a home building project in the Philippines and a volunteer in her local community in Marlow.

Laura Haigh (Treasurer)

Laura has recently joined JCT as a Trustee and treasurer (February 2026) but has had involvement with the charity in earlier years, having supported the annual fundraising dinner on a number of occasions and in 2025 ran the Reading Half Marathon in aid of JCT.  Laura has a background in accountancy and HR and currently works for Oxford Summer Courses, as their Head of People, Culture and Compliance. She is also an active volunteer in her local village community.

Grace Lancaster (Secretary)
Grace and her family have been volunteering with JCT since 2017. Grace has a strong background in fundraising and has organised and taken part in a variety of different events to raise funds for Jennie’s Children’s Trust. She manages a lot of the logistics for the charity from fundraising events to liaising with support agencies to source families that would most benefit from the respite break that JCT offers.
